I build it to
actually work.

Built by hand, by the person who cares whether it holds up a year later.

The story

I only build things with real thought behind them.

The instinct

Build the answer, not buy it

The obsession was never AI exactly. It is depth. Anything with real thought behind it, I want to build myself, and build properly.

How Lucid started

A to-do app that would not stay one

I built it to run my own scattered head. Piece by piece it became Lucid: a persistent memory graph, semantic vectors, a custom model of its own.

What I am building toward

A Lucid AI

Not a model you shoot prompts through. One with real agency, its own way of thinking, an identity. Everything I make is in service of getting there.

I started this because I kept watching people get sold a slick demo, then left alone with something that fell apart the week after. That is not help.

So I do the opposite. I take the whole problem, build the real thing, and stay until it holds. If you are stuck on something half-finished, that is the part I love.

Lucid is the engineering bench everything is built on.

The same inference server, memory layer and data residency carry into every client system.

Where it all lands

Every thread runs through one person.

No account manager between you and the work, no team the brief gets handed to, no junior finishing what someone senior sold you. The person you write to is the person who builds it and the person who keeps it running afterwards.

Say what should stop being your problem.
